Collaboration with Banks

Our partners include all the leading banks in Macao (visit the Ways to Pay ) offering you more choices of payment location and convenient methods to cope with your schedule or activity.

Collaboration with Post Office

Starting from 1 March 2002, you can pay both water and electricity bills at seven post offices (visit the Ways to Pay ) by cash or cheque at no cost. It is the first commercial collaboration project that Macao Water works with Government organizations. Following a successful collaboration in this area, we will study the feasibility of expanded collaborations between Macao Water and other utilities and Government organizations.

Collaboration with CEM

CEM is one of our most important strategic partners because of the similar business nature and with the fact that both companies have the same customer base. Together Macao Water and CEM have successfully implemented a number of joint collaboration initiatives as follows:

  • Counter Payment – Since 4 March 1996
    It is the first collaboration project between Macao Water and CEM. This service allows you to pay water and electricity bills at either Macao Water or CEM Counter.

  • Autopay Application – Since 10th June 2002
    You can apply autopay service not only at the participating banks but also at both Macao Water and CEM Counter.

  • Bill-Reprinting Service – Since 24th March 2003
    You can request for reprinting either water or electricity bills at both companies.

  • E-Customer – MacauServices.com provides one-stop electricity and water services
